Let's Try This Again: Lady Winter

Today is December 21st, otherwise known as the Winter Solstice, or Yule. I'm celebrating with friends, and thought I would revisit a look I did almost 2 years ago now. I said I would come back to it, and now I have. Here is the original post/look, for comparison. It comes at a good time, too, because I've been trying to go back to older palettes that I haven't used in a while, and the Urban Decay Electric palette is definitely one of them.
