Pill Kitty-Cat

This look was inspired by the look that (I assume it's Shrinkle) is wearing on the covers of the boxes of the Sugarpill Burning Heart and Heart Breaker palettes. (shown below) Fittingly, all the colors used are from these two palettes. And the eyeliner looks like it could kill! :P
