Cold, Cold Chemistry

Yay! Cold Chemistry~! This look was inspired by this tutorial by xsparkage , mixed with this tutorial by vintageortacky , with my own personal flair added in. (cat eyes, cat eyes, cat eyes~~~!!!)  I think the number of pictures proves how much I enjoyed creating this look, if nothing else does.
